Stage 1 - Primary bilateral DIEP with axogen nerve grafts (skin and nipple sparing mastectomy)
Stage 2 - Open revision bilateral breasts with removal of fat necrosis and complex abdominal donor site revision
Stage 3 - Fat grafting to bilateral breasts
